At FurryFiesta, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a return. Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, or if the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us at sunshine.bg73@gmail.com. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, treats)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at sunshine.bg73@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Ship the Item: We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you via email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
